I had the privilege to see Homeboy Sandman perform live (finally!) a couple of weeks ago and he totally blew the roof off Gramercy Theatre (check our Instagram for photos/videos). The Queens emcee has stopped to take a breather as he preps the release of yet another album. As part of a series working with a single producer on an entire album, Sandman’s third and last installment is with none other than talented UK producer Paul White. You may know of White’s work from his contributions in Danny Brown’s “XXX” and “Old” albums along with previous work he has done with Sandman.
Sandman’s previous two albums in the series are “Kool Herc: Fertile Crescent” with El Rntc and “All That I Hold Dear” with M Slago. The album with White is titled, “White Sands,” and is slated to drop February 25th.
